Requirements

  • SAS Administration experience
  • Cloud analytics platform experience such as Databricks, Sagemaker
  • Programming experience in SAS, Python, SQL
  • System design and implementation
  • Cybersecurity and privacy concepts, principles and solutions
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in System integration, Learning Agility, Creative thinking, Emotional agility
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Product design, Test driven development, Devops, Data collection and analysis, Cloud computing, Building and managing relationships, Product management, Value propositions, Continuous improvement management, Verbal & written communication skills, Analytical and problem solving skills, Collaboration & team skills, Data driven decision making
  • Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Tracks and maintains platform health scores as well as adoption rate
  • Manages the stability, accessibility, scalability, security and support innovation of the platform
  • Coordinates the activities of technology, design, security and marketing, to develop platform strategies, roadmaps, and execution
  • Builds relationships with and works with stakeholders to understand the platform vision, align and deliver on the roadmap
  • Documents business rules, functional/technical specifications, and process interpretations for assigned applications, process flows, systems, and business solutions
  • Analyzes platform data to drive and implement optimizations
  • Undertakes prioritization of work of a component or group of components that are used by customers/end users
  • Ensures compliance with service and support agreements and standards
  • Manages technical requirements and other platform components with a focus on security and resilience to protect end-users
  • Fosters a culture aligned to BMO purpose, values and strategy and role models BMO values and behaviours in all that they do
  • Ensures alignment between values and behaviour that fosters diversity and inclusion
  • Regularly connects work to BMO’s purpose, sets inspirational goals, defines clear expected outcomes, and ensures clear accountability for follow through
