Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
- 12+ years of experience in residential energy efficiency programs or related experience
Responsibilities
- Developing and managing comprehensive project plans.
- Ensure that the project is executed in accordance with technical specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Prioritize program activities as necessary to meet performance goals.
- Work with cross functional teams to lead the development of the following plans in accordance with the DOE Scope of Work and Guidelines provided by ICF: Home Assessment Approach and Processes, Decarb Plan and Roadmap, Utility Data Access Plan
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience designing and implementing residential energy efficiency programs
- Experience developing program structures and workflows
- In-depth knowledge of energy efficiency technologies and best practices, including familiarity with the latest industry trends and innovations
