Senior Technical Solutions Specialist

Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or 6 years of additional relevant work experience
6 years of relevant experience in network services for healthcare organizations, including in-depth knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, routing, and switching protocols.
CCNA or equivalent enterprise network associate/specialist level certification
Experience with network monitoring tools and software and real-time communication technology challenges
Experience building and maintaining customer relationships through all phases of a technical system implementation lifecycle.
Technical writing skills and strong competence developing customer facing communication about complex technology.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners throughout the post-deployment lifecycle.
Collaborate with customer administrators on system upgrades, configuration changes, and database updates.
Manage and support deployed hardware assets, ensuring accurate inventory and repair processes.
Provide robust end-user support by identifying and addressing issues with clear, closed-loop communication.
Deliver on-site troubleshooting, resolution, and reporting of technical issues, working closely with Stryker customer support teams.
Work with Stryker development and cloud teams to ensure GCP infrastructure is optimally configured for external connections.
Collaborate with customer IT teams to configure devices, troubleshoot local network connectivity issues, and maintain site-to-site VPNs.

Experience with audio/video streaming protocols
Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including VPC, Cloud VPN, and Network Peering
Training or experience with Android and Linux OS networking configurations as well as IoT communication protocols and challenges
