Requirements
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or 6 years of additional relevant work experience
- 6 years of relevant experience in network services for healthcare organizations, including in-depth knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, routing, and switching protocols.
- CCNA or equivalent enterprise network associate/specialist level certification
- Experience with network monitoring tools and software and real-time communication technology challenges
- Experience building and maintaining customer relationships through all phases of a technical system implementation lifecycle.
- Technical writing skills and strong competence developing customer facing communication about complex technology.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners throughout the post-deployment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with customer administrators on system upgrades, configuration changes, and database updates.
- Manage and support deployed hardware assets, ensuring accurate inventory and repair processes.
- Provide robust end-user support by identifying and addressing issues with clear, closed-loop communication.
- Deliver on-site troubleshooting, resolution, and reporting of technical issues, working closely with Stryker customer support teams.
- Work with Stryker development and cloud teams to ensure GCP infrastructure is optimally configured for external connections.
- Collaborate with customer IT teams to configure devices, troubleshoot local network connectivity issues, and maintain site-to-site VPNs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with audio/video streaming protocols
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including VPC, Cloud VPN, and Network Peering
- Training or experience with Android and Linux OS networking configurations as well as IoT communication protocols and challenges
