Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical roles in software engineering, data science, or product management, ideally at a startup or early-stage technology company
- Proven success sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and working directly with hiring managers to drive recruiting processes.
- Familiarity with recruiting for non-technical roles (e.g., sales, marketing, operations).
- Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to evaluate candidates for technical skills and cultural fit.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever, Greenhouse, or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage full-cycle recruiting processes for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview processes.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber candidates across technical and non-technical functions.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through consistent communication, timely feedback, and thoughtful interactions.
- Manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (Lever) and ensure data integrity across recruiting processes.
- Report on recruiting metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in hiring practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for startups or early-stage technology companies.
- Familiarity with People analytics and reporting on recruiting KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, conversion rates).
