- Proven success hiring in niche and competitive technical talent markets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Clear, compelling written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage stakeholder expectations for top-of-funnel initiatives across Engineering, Security, IT, and ML engineering.
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to deeply understand current and future hiring needs.
- Design and execute strategic sourcing plans to map talent and drive top-of-funnel activity.
- Own the candidate experience from first engagement through loop interview stage, delivering exceptional service and fast turnaround.
- Act as a thought partner to hiring teams, offering talent market insights, funnel data, and best practices.
- Source technical talent through creative outreach, events, and passive campaigns.
- Build and maintain nurturing campaigns and brand-forward recruitment marketing efforts.
