Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a start-up environment.
- Prior experience in managing high volume as well as niche hiring.
- Prior exposure in a global and HR or Tech environment would be an added advantage.
- Competency-based interview experience is needed.
- Must have experience in Greenhouse and Google Suite.
- Ability to partner with Global Talent Acquisition members and People partners to drive process changes.
Responsibilities
- Develop recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements.
- Manage all aspects of candidate administration, such as updating applicant and offer activity, job description creation, and ensuring current positions are posted in all recruiting systems and job boards.
- Develop an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets.
- Plan and coordinate events, assessments, and interviews for hiring candidates.
- Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of the position.
- Be a liaison with candidates and communicate logistics associated with assessment and interviews.
- Coordinate with Talent Operations to complete all checks for selected candidates.
- Conduct follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Provide assistance to all levels of personnel on multiple recruiting/talent acquisition-related matters.
- Use metrics to identify process improvements.
- Conduct analysis and report on main recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders.
