Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a start-up environment.
  • Prior experience in managing high volume as well as niche hiring.
  • Prior exposure in a global and HR or Tech environment would be an added advantage.
  • Competency-based interview experience is needed.
  • Must have experience in Greenhouse and Google Suite.
  • Ability to partner with Global Talent Acquisition members and People partners to drive process changes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements.
  • Manage all aspects of candidate administration, such as updating applicant and offer activity, job description creation, and ensuring current positions are posted in all recruiting systems and job boards.
  • Develop an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets.
  • Plan and coordinate events, assessments, and interviews for hiring candidates.
  • Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of the position.
  • Be a liaison with candidates and communicate logistics associated with assessment and interviews.
  • Coordinate with Talent Operations to complete all checks for selected candidates.
  • Conduct follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Provide assistance to all levels of personnel on multiple recruiting/talent acquisition-related matters.
  • Use metrics to identify process improvements.
  • Conduct analysis and report on main recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders.
