Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with direct experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
  • Strong technical foundation and experience driving programs within Infrastructure and Security Engineering teams
  • Exceptional analytical, planning, and organizational skills, adept at juggling multiple priorities
  • Effective communication skills, engaging diverse stakeholders to prioritize tasks, resolve challenges, and maintain organizational alignment
  • Skilled in collaborating with individuals and teams from varied geographical and cultural backgrounds
  • Confident presenter, capable of addressing large internal groups and leadership teams
  • Proficient in driving process improvements across diverse teams and functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in large-scale platforms and organizations
  • Comfortable working in an agile, safe-to-fail environment

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with our Infrastructure & Security teams to help them deliver their highest-priority, cross-functional technical programs
  • Establish milestones, success criteria, manage dependencies, and deliver iteratively
  • Work across various Engineering, Product & Design teams to determine feasibility and timelines
  • Create and execute communication plans to keep key stakeholders informed of program status, risks, and insights
  • Plan and facilitate meetings such as project kick-offs, weekly check-ins, and project milestones to make communication easy and transparent
  • Establish and report on program health and success metrics, using data for strategic decision-making
  • Develop partnerships with stakeholders throughout the organization and ensure their expectations are effectively managed for the projects you’re involved in
  • Lead post program analysis to guide future programs
  • Mentor junior members of the Engineering organization in technical skills and Webflow culture
  • Participate in engineering citizenship activities such as co-authoring engineering blogs, strengthening and improving our hiring processes, and leading internal hackathon teams
