Requirements
- 7+ overall years of program management experience in delivering software products.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or similar field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of balancing short-term delivery towards critical timelines alongside thoughtful long-term steps towards improving planning, processes, and team capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team and peers across the company to build, represent and carry out detailed plans representing the team’s work.
- Work on aligning NVIDIA’s chipset and product roadmap with the software team capacity roadmap and help balance global priorities.
- Keep the team on track by co-ordinating dependencies across functional areas and identifying planning gaps.
- Be empowered to make prioritization decisions and represent the team to other groups.
- Partner closely with hardware, release planning, and customers, giving you a complete picture of software at NVIDIA.
- Propose and develop new methods to handle projects and unify planning systems.
- Define and track metrics to improve execution efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Past experience as a software developer
- Knowledge of SOC, GPU or CPU project management
- Background in graphics, machine learning, or accelerated computing
- Experience with software productivity tools and process automation
