Requirements
- Bachelor degree in an Electrical Engineering discipline.
- 3 years of management or leadership experience in a technical role.
- 5 years of experience in Electrical Test Engineering
- 10 years of professional or technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in team building, career development, and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to area resources for training, troubleshooting, general testing support and oversight.
- Assist in defining test station configurations and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to validate test methods and verify accuracy of test instructions.
- Assist in the rapid deployment of ATE’s, with support and general oversight.
- Monitor ATE performance; support root cause and corrective action (RCCA) of test anomalies.
- Collaborate with development team members on system integrations.
- Perform test equipment gauge repeatability and reproducibility (GRR).
- Support production personnel to resolve technical issues during manufacturing and test.
