Requirements
- 6+ years of recruiting experience
- at least 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
- worked at an early-stage startup
- enjoy every part of the hiring process
- deeply passionate about building exceptional teams
- track record of hitting and exceeding headcount targets
- data, systems & process oriented
- expertise in leading TA tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GoodTime, etc)
- feel personally connected to Nourish’s mission
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for all technical openings (sourcing, screening, scheduling and everything in-between)
- Partner with functional leaders and greater TA team to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruiting processes
- Provide a stellar candidate experience that is transparent, considerate, and timely
- Proactively attract and engage world-class talent through various strategies (active and passive sourcing campaigns, job boards, conferences, social media, employee networks, outside agencies, internal hires, etc)
- Continuously strengthen the Nourish employer brand & hiring process
