Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on Talent Management or Learning & Development.
  • Understanding of performance management and talent review cycles.
  • Comfortable using HR technology and curious about how systems support people and process—experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Strong skills in gathering and interpreting data, and presenting findings in a relatable and actionable way.
  • Highly collaborative and supportive communication style, with a focus on building relationships and creating shared success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and guide the execution of the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year check-ins, and year-end reviews.
  • Support talent review processes that identify and nurture potential across our organization.
  • Collaborate on the implementation of Workday Learning, and act as a helpful resource and subject matter expert for users.
  • Support the mentoring program as the system administrator, partnering with the Talent Manager to strengthen connections across teams.
  • Provide thoughtful insights through data reporting and analysis, helping to shape people strategies and development priorities.
  • Nurture strong vendor relationships that ensure reliable delivery and a positive partner experience.
  • Maintain and support platforms including Glint, Workday, and HRSoft; prior experience with this software is welcome but not required.
  • Create and update engaging learning tools, user guides, and materials to support participation and accessibility.
  • Regularly review and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support process clarity and shared understanding.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with software including Glint, Workday, and HRSoft is welcome but not required.
