Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in both corporate and agency settings, with a strong focus on insurance roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across a variety of insurance disciplines.
- Strong command of ATS platforms and recruitment analytics. Experience with Workday is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications like CTAP, PHR, or LinkedIn Recruiter are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers across the U.S., especially within our brokerage and underwriting functions.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake to offer, ensuring a seamless and high-touch candidate experience.
- Build and nurture pipelines of top insurance talent through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Champion our employer brand and bring our values to life in every candidate interaction.
- Drive process improvements and leverage data to inform hiring strategies and decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs and business leaders to align talent acquisition efforts with organizational goals.
- Lead onboarding efforts to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday is a plus.
- Certifications like CTAP, PHR, or LinkedIn Recruiter are a plus.
