Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations or related field, 5-10 years experience is ideal.
- Strong understanding of onboarding and implementing new tools, ideally an ATS.
- Proven experience managing vendor partnerships and tracking ROI.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with TA leaders and recruiters.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and adaptability to new technologies.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with various stakeholders.
- Experience in a global company or across different regions.
- Competency in documenting processes to ensure consistency in hiring practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage all TA tools and vendors with a focus on improving adoption, tracking usage metrics, and ensuring ROI across the tech stack.
- Drive consistency and clarity across the hiring lifecycle, globally, documenting best practices and enabling change management across teams.
- Onboard and implement new recruiting tools, ensuring alignment with TA leaders and recruiters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance and streamline recruiting processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment tools and processes for continuous improvement.
- Engage in change management initiatives to promote the adoption of new practices within the team.
