Requirements

  • TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
  • 10 years Technical Consulting or System Engineering experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
  • Additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Sr. Systems Engineering and Technical Support to the Zero Trust Implementation
  • Work with existing ICAM capability teams to define requirements, develop architecture and design documentation, perform technology assessments, develop or contribute to strategy and planning documents and support risk mitigation assessments
  • Provide technical expertise in industry, federal, and DoD standards/policies
  • Create and maintain ICAM Zero Trust documentation to include release notes, installation and user guides, frameworks, SOPs, and plans in accordance with Zero Trust mandates
  • Research technical topics and apply it to different improvement areas
  • Author documentation on technical topics including detailing how to use and configure system components and advisory documentation to support ICAM installation and planning
  • Research and analyze cloud security environments, scalable infrastructures, identifying capability gaps and enhancements for current ICAM services, defining implementation processes, and outlining hardware and software considerations
  • Assist the software developers with tracking and defining requirements, sprint planning/scheduling, design input/changes, and testing support
  • Develop outreach and communications strategies to external partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SW development methodologies
  • Ability to solve complex system/integration problems
  • Experience briefing senior-level management
  • Demonstrated engineering experience on programs with requirements, functional analysis, and allocation, conducting system requirement reviews, developing CONOPS and system architectures
  • Strong verbal and written technical communication skills
  • Experience in working with Software Development, Test Engineers, and System Administration teams to establish capabilities that meet requirements
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and brief technical concepts to technical and non-technical personnel
  • Experience with developing program review materials
  • Must be able to work in a collaborative environment
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision and be customer focused
  • Experience with Confluence and JIRA
  • Ability to perform advance troubleshooting
  • Tier-2 Level 2 support experience a plus
  • Strong customer service with the ability to diagnose and resolve customer problems
  • Knowledge of EDH1/2, ISM, CAPCO and CUI Standards
