Requirements
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- 10 years Technical Consulting or System Engineering experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required
- Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
- Additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities
- Provide Sr. Systems Engineering and Technical Support to the Zero Trust Implementation
- Work with existing ICAM capability teams to define requirements, develop architecture and design documentation, perform technology assessments, develop or contribute to strategy and planning documents and support risk mitigation assessments
- Provide technical expertise in industry, federal, and DoD standards/policies
- Create and maintain ICAM Zero Trust documentation to include release notes, installation and user guides, frameworks, SOPs, and plans in accordance with Zero Trust mandates
- Research technical topics and apply it to different improvement areas
- Author documentation on technical topics including detailing how to use and configure system components and advisory documentation to support ICAM installation and planning
- Research and analyze cloud security environments, scalable infrastructures, identifying capability gaps and enhancements for current ICAM services, defining implementation processes, and outlining hardware and software considerations
- Assist the software developers with tracking and defining requirements, sprint planning/scheduling, design input/changes, and testing support
- Develop outreach and communications strategies to external partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SW development methodologies
- Ability to solve complex system/integration problems
- Experience briefing senior-level management
- Demonstrated engineering experience on programs with requirements, functional analysis, and allocation, conducting system requirement reviews, developing CONOPS and system architectures
- Strong verbal and written technical communication skills
- Experience in working with Software Development, Test Engineers, and System Administration teams to establish capabilities that meet requirements
- Ability to facilitate meetings and brief technical concepts to technical and non-technical personnel
- Experience with developing program review materials
- Must be able to work in a collaborative environment
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision and be customer focused
- Experience with Confluence and JIRA
- Ability to perform advance troubleshooting
- Tier-2 Level 2 support experience a plus
- Strong customer service with the ability to diagnose and resolve customer problems
- Knowledge of EDH1/2, ISM, CAPCO and CUI Standards
