Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred and/or PhD in engineering or other technical field
- At least 12 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Extensive experience in DoD/Navy systems engineering
- Implementing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) on programs with similar technical complexity/scale
- Advanced familiarity with implementing Model-Based Product Support (MBPS) and Digital Engineering standards
- Demonstrated ability to provide implementation and optimization roadmaps for digital integration and transformation efforts
- Experience developing and implementing MBSE and MBPS solutions
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite 365
- Able to efficiently use the latest reporting, analysis, and communication technology
- Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance
Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of complex project tasks applied to specialized technology problems
- Involves integration of electronic processes or methodologies to resolve total system problems or technology problems
- Applies analytical and systematic approaches in the resolution of problems of workflow, organization, and planning
- Directs and assists system engineers in the application of system engineering principles to the solution of secure systems design problems
- Expert knowledge of LANs, WANs, VPNs, routers, firewalls, network protocols, and other security and network operations and monitoring, vulnerability analysis, PKI, data encryption, key management, data warehousing, and data mining capabilities.
