Requirements
- BS degree in an analytical field (Math, Engineering, or equivalent)
- 6+ years of experience in operations or supply chain planning or equivalent
- Strong Excel modeling and analytical skills
- Comfortable collecting and analyzing data to make decisions with limited available data
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence key stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply plans aligned with customer demand while optimizing inventory levels
- Manage CTB processes for hardware, recommending allocations during material shortages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for improvement
- Articulate business problems, present analyses, and make recommendations to various internal and external audiences
- Support monthly S&OP reviews to ensure alignment on strategies and supply in the short and long term
- Lead initiatives to enhance planning processes, incorporating industry best practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and reliable material delivery
- Utilize data analytics tools to analyze trends, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insights for decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
- MS/MBA in Supply Chain or Operations is a plus
- Prior experience in demand forecasting, supply planning, or inventory management is a plus
- Experience with planning tools like Anaplan is a plus
- Experience with PO placement and ERP systems is a plus
