Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned Revenue Target & KPI Objectives across assigned Complex Sales transactions including converting PTC Support Customers to subscription
- Provide leadership to a cross-functional team comprised of Sales, Renewals, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, etc.
- Significantly extend existing Customer relationships across our solution, contract and revenue models
- Drive and manage the entire Conversion & Complex Transaction sales cycle – from identifying the right opportunities, engaging focus accounts, building value propositions, and negotiating a close
- Investigate and understand the business needs of existing customers to help them transition from legacy to current offerings
- Create a great customer experience for PTC Customers
- Help PTC Partners understand program composition and the value of executing to their customers
- Provide suggestions to ensure continued improvement of the Complex Sales process
- Work with Marketing and Sales to identify outbound campaigns that increase program awareness and opportunities
