Responsibilities
- Support leadership in creating a strategy to identify, develop, and execute growth.
- Accountable for the development, evaluation, and execution of potential opportunities and leading the associated cross-functional efforts.
- Direct support with strategy development and execution to the Large Excavator VP of Product.
- Lead analysis of Industry opportunities, customer solutions development, including NMI and NPI. Works closely with business partners to define and prioritize these opportunities.
- Manages projects working with senior consultants and business partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree within Finance, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or other related fields
- Extensive financial experience, competitive analysis, or P&L ownership
- Excellent business acumen, collaboration and leadership skills.
- Ability to gather large amounts of data/facts and leverage technology to distill into clear message
- Demonstrates initiative, sound business judgement, effective organization skills, and accountability in their work
- Ability to resolve issues independently
