Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; Master’s degree in business administration preferred.
- Minimum of 7-9 years of experience, including 3 years in M&A transactions in building materials industry or a similar function (e.g., cement, mineral resources, manufacturing).
- Excellent analytical and project management skills with a strong working knowledge of financial statements, competitive research, and strategic planning.
- Proven relationship-building skills and ability to motivate teams while managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with experience in dynamic, changing environments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing strategic projects to drive revenue growth, value enhancement, and cost optimization.
- Identify and pursue opportunities, including organic growth, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Provide counsel on strategic initiatives and market intelligence for short- and long-term plans.
- Transform analyses into actionable decision frameworks and lead cross-functional teams through transactions.
- Prepare and present proposals for investments, divestitures, and acquisitions, evaluating financial returns, market opportunities, and risks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business administration preferred.
