Senior Staff Survivability Engineer – Level 6

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in STEM discipline AND 14+ years of related professional experience in Engineering, OR a Master of Science degree AND 12+ years of related professional experience in Engineering, OR a PhD AND 10+ years of related professional experience in Engineering
• Must have strong experience and/or knowledge in signature reduction technology integration, RCS design, analysis, and/or testing with applicable material selections
• Must be willing and able to work independently while mentoring junior engineers
• Your ability to obtain and/or transfer and maintain the final adjudicated DoD Top Secret clearance, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.

Responsibilities

• Operate independently with little oversight in a dynamic environment
• Report information to Integrated Program Team (IPT) leads and the customer
• Prepare and execute RCS prediction codes
• Review and analyze simulated RCS data
• Generate presentations and reports, communicate effectively, and lead a team of engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in RF modeling and testing at an indoor/outdoor RCS/RF test facility
• Strong interpersonal communication and technical writing skills to enable effective personal interaction and collaboration with a multi-disciplined team and customers
• Ability to work with internal support organizations such as Global Supply Chain and Security
• Programming experience in C++, MATLAB, Python, or other highly technical languages
• Ability to use CAE and/or FEA tools (i.e. FMS, Patran, Cubit, etc.)
• Strong knowledge and ability with RCS data processing tools, such as Knowbell, SABER, or Pioneer
• Active/Current Special Program Access (SAP)
