Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent industry experience) in Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience as a Senior Solutions Architect.
- Strong expertise in building and scaling services.
- Demonstrated expertise in database design, optimization, and scaling, ensuring data solutions are efficient, reliable, and capable of supporting future business growth.
- Versed in cloud infrastructure such as GCP, or AWS.
- Extensive expertise in designing, developing, and scaling web APIs, ensuring secure, high-performance data exchange between systems, and supporting enterprise-level reliability and scalability.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable architectures that solve complex business challenges, ensuring solutions are aligned with future growth and evolving requirements while adhering to best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance on leveraging industry-leading technologies and frameworks to develop robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
- Design and implement integration solutions between internal systems and external customers and partners.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications and databases, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2).
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, proposing and implementing continuous improvements to the architecture and processes.
