Requirements
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
- Experienced with high-performance imperative languages including Python, Java, React.js, Next.js, full-stack web development.
- Experienced Big data and distributed computing platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, Docker, Kubernetes, and Airflow.
- Experience in ML, AI and Generative AI model and applications development.
- Strong understanding of agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.
- Experience with OpenAI or Anthropic or Llama API and developing applications that leverage its capabilities.
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
- Hands on experience with Pre-Training, Fine-Tuning, Reinforcement Learning.
- Understanding of Model Bias, Fairness, Model Explainability and Model Drift.
Responsibilities
- Leverage sound architectural principles to implement effective and efficient solutions.
- Use Generative AI tools to expedite delivery.
- Play a pivotal role in developing an advanced Responsible AI platform using the newest Generative AI technology.
- Address evolving challenges in AI governance, and responsible and trustworthy AI.
- Explore and evaluate emerging technologies, third-party solutions, and prototype and strategize their adaptation within Visa.
- Work with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, and APIs like OpenAI, Llama and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Fine-Tuning, Reinforcement Learning techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD.
- Prior experience in Google Cloud Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker or Azure Machine Learning Studio is a plus.
