Requirements
- At least 7 years experience in an Product testing role
- Testing and debugging distributed systems in a Linux environment
- Networking knowledge tcp/ip dns, dhcp etc.
- Hardware in the loop automated testing
- Hands-on experience writing automation tests against embedded software
- Hands-on experience in Python or other programming language
- Hands-on experience writing Bash scripts
- Hands-on experience with Appium/Selenium
- Hands-on experience with Buildkite pipeline and GitHub
- Ability to translate customer use cases to repeatable test procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication to create reports and develop procedures
- BS/MS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Experience Web UI testing
- Have worked in Agile development environments
Responsibilities
- Lead a small automation team.
- Maintain automation sprint, create automation tasks.
- Assign tasks and mentor lower level SQA automation engineers.
- Developing, validating, and documenting new concepts and technologies test protocols.
- Identifying and taking ownership of areas to make the test framework more flexible and reusable.
- Working with various Development teams to understand new robotic software features and create test plans and automation requirements.
- Working with the DevOps team to build automation infrastructure that integrates with existing development practices/needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in robotics and/or autonomous systems
- Experience with Bazel
- Experience with TestRail
