Requirements
- Proven track record of maintaining and enhancing processes
- Strong ability to collaborate with external partners to drive successful partnerships
- Experience in project and/or program management
- Proven success working in cross-functional engineering and operations teams
- 3+ years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs and webhooks
- Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
Responsibilities
- Be a Subject Matter Expert for DoorDash’s integrated offerings and guide partners through new Integration builds
- Collaborating closely with Merchants and Integrations partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and successful integration onto the DoorDash platform
- Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide guidance and support
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions that align with our partner’s objectives
- Work on strategic projects based on Merchant needs to uplevel our product offering and to contribute to our processes and documentation to continuously improve.
