Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, specifically selling to large Enterprise customers
- Advanced Webflow product knowledge with additional awareness of third-party app integrations that extend the value of the Webflow platform
- Strong storytelling skills within the context of discovery and/or product demo sessions
- Advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages — HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Excellent coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills
- Enthusiasm for earning customer trust and deepening customer relationships
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities
- Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact
Responsibilities
- Support 2-3 Enterprise Account Executives & multiple strategic deals simultaneously, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure on-time solution delivery
- Guide Enterprise customers through the evaluation process of Webflow ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements
- Partner with both the Account Executives and potential customers through deep discovery, solution design, technical validation and business case development
- Present effective stories through demonstrations that highlight the benefits of using Webflow to solve key customer objectives and challenges
- Influence product direction by representing the customer voice while working with product, marketing and sales
- Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives that are key to advancing Webflow’s mission of bringing development superpowers to everyone
