Requirements
- Sales Engineering Experience: You have more than 6 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role, ideally within B2B SaaS.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You are a strong communicator who can effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Commercial Acumen: You understand sales processes and can creatively address client needs with technical solutions.
- Relationship Building: You excel at building and maintaining relationships with clients, particularly within IT Ops and SecOps.
- Technical Proficiency: You have a solid understanding of API integrations, oAuth, and experience with Docker / Kubernetes / Javascript.
- Startup Experience: You thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical calls and demos with potential Enterprise customers to showcase n8n’s capabilities.
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions, demonstrating how n8n can address their challenges.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to align technical solutions with sales strategies.
- Monitor and guide clients through their POC journey, providing support and insights to maximize their trial experience.
- Collect and analyze feedback from POCs to refine the process and improve client onboarding.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT Ops and SecOps teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients envision future use cases and expansion opportunities with n8n.
- Provide technical expertise and best practices to ensure long-term client success.
- Work with the sales team to streamline and enhance pre-sales processes.
- Communicate client feedback and technical requirements to product and engineering teams to drive product improvements.
- Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing materials to support technical sales efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Technical Background: You hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical training.
- Community Engagement: You are active in tech communities and have experience engaging with open-source projects.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with n8n’s platform or similar workflow automation tools.
- Data-Driven Mindset: You are skilled in collecting and analyzing data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
