Senior Software Product Manager – Productionos – Supply Chain

Five to seven years in software product management role or similar leading role in product development
Domain expertise within hardware-related industries, such as supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics
Strong understanding of the interplay between enterprise systems, including ERP, WMS, Supplier Portals, MES, and PLM
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to balance requirements across engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders
Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders, across a wide range of technical comfort
Demonstrated success decomposing a problem into addressable component parts and arranging the correct sequencing
Proven ability to “see around corners” by crafting product strategy for 6-12 months into the future
Comfort in maturing a product from MVP to enterprise-grade production
Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Developing a long-term strategy that navigates complex product tradeoffs, integration dependencies, and buy versus build scenarios to ultimately push the entire supply chain domain forward
Managing stakeholders’ requirements and synthesizing them into a prioritized backlog
Communicating across stakeholders and interested parties on ProductionOS Supply Chain development and roadmap
Exploring and incorporating cutting-edge technologies that enhance Anduril’s operational leverage
Driving adoption and enablement of Supply Chain solutions across operations and business teams
