Senior Software Engineering Manager

Proven experience in front-end engineering, with a strong understanding of modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks)
Some experience leading or mentoring engineers, contributing to project planning, or supporting team collaboration
Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel) and development standard processes
Knowledge of accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques
Exposure to cloud environments like Azure or AWS is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to tackle new challenges and drive team success

Assisting in the technical planning and execution of front-end projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
Providing mentorship and career development support to engineers, encouraging a culture of learning and growth
Collaborating with multi-functional teams to align priorities, guide technical dependencies, and improve development workflows
Participating in code reviews, architectural discussions, and team brainstorming sessions to drive technical quality
Championing standard methodologies in front-end development, including performance optimization, accessibility, and maintainability
Helping track team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing processes to improve efficiency
