Requirements
- 5 years experience in software development in a factory setting.
- Fluency in Python, and motivation to learn new software frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- A pragmatic approach to problem-solving that blends good judgment, clear communication, dependable follow-through, creative use of resources, and joy in the process.
- Excitement to build a factory from scratch and deploy a new class of climate tech solution.
- Ability to work from the Weirton, WV region (relocation available)
Responsibilities
- Develop, deliver, and support MES capabilities for novel battery electrode and assembly lines.
- Collaborate with experienced software engineers, data engineers, controls engineers, process engineers, and quality engineers to develop your skills and develop a high-quality digital factory software ecosystem.
- Participate in rotating on-call shifts and on-the-floor support to ensure rapid problem-solving and efficient operations in a 24/7 factory.
