Requirements
- 4+ years of experience writing production software and building web applications
- Experience with Python, Typescript, and Postgres
- Enthusiasm and experience with experimentation-driven approach to problem-solving
- Excellent and proactive communication, both verbal and written
Responsibilities
- Develop and scale growth experiments across the funnel—acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization
- Build and optimize user experiences that drive self-serve adoption and expand usage within teams
- Leverage data and analytics to measure user behavior, uncover insights, and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to lead PLG and SLG motions
- Automate and enhance workflows for customer acquisition, lead qualification, and sales enablement
- Contribute to technical growth initiatives, such as in-app experiments, onboarding flows, and usage-based monetization models
- Own and improve growth infrastructure, including experimentation platforms, tracking systems, and data pipelines
