Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer
- Proficient in SQL for query and data analysis
- Demonstrated success collaborating with partners in product, design and analytics
- Experience leading large projects from idea to high quality delivery
- Strong communicator able to articulate technical concepts to varying audiences
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on a cross-functional team with a designer, product manager, and other engineers
- Architect and build features for SMB employers
- Maintain a high standard of quality in work and feedback
- Influence the team’s roadmap and prioritization of initiatives
- Provide mentorship to engineers and support the team to meet deliverables
- Lead sizable individual projects and projects requiring multiple engineers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ReactJS, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, and PostgreSQL
- Worked on SMB SAAS products at scale
- Demonstrate ownership-mentality and maintain accountability for work
