Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency in backend software development
- Experience using observability tooling to monitor, profile, and optimize web applications
- Experience incorporating security best practices in large technical designs
- High developer empathy
- Experience leading large technical projects with high ambiguity and numerous stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and manage enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure to support the security & compliance requirements of Pave’s largest, most sophisticated customers
- Develop a best-in-class development experience, equipping engineers with the tooling that enables rapid, high-quality software development
- Develop foundational components and patterns, with built-in security, observability, and performance, that allows product engineers to focus on driving customer value
- Define Engineering best practices and drive adoption across the organization
