Requirements
- Prior experience with C++ development
- Prior engineering experience from the industry, along with academic pursuits & studies in the areas of: Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
- Familiarity with algorithms, data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, Linux systems, and other technical tools
- A desire to work on software and applications that have real-world impact
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
Responsibilities
- Own the C++ development ecosystem, including build systems, tools, and core libraries
- Establish & promote C++ best practices across Anduril
- Embed deeply with C++ development teams in order to understand their workflows and pain points
- Lead high-impact projects through requirements analysis, design, and execution
- Work with partner teams to understand problems, identify opportunities, and build consensus
- Be an advocate for excellent engineering culture across the team
Preferred Qualifications
- Have a bias for action. If you see a problem, you want to solve and fix it
- Be naturally curious about the technologies and tools you use
- Have a point-of-view, but are still low-ego
- Eligibility to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance, preferably Top Secret
