Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: web, mobile, backend (e.g., python, recommendation & search)
- Strong curiosity and willingness to explore beyond your core skill set
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to excel in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack features in close collaboration with design, product, and cross-functional teams
- Contribute to system architecture and drive improvements in code quality
- Enhance product performance, stability, and reliability through debugging and optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with speech technologies (e.g., ASR, TTS)
- Familiarity with image generation models (e.g., Flux)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning
- Hands-on experience building large-scale high-performance system
