Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer
- Proven technical people influencer
- Experienced in evolving culture and process towards better engagement, agility, automated testing, and DevSecOps
- Experience with principles and practices related to cloud technologies
- Practical knowledge of Systems and/or software design
- Familiarity with modern web technologies (such as React), and cloud backend technologies (such as GoLang, Typescript, .NET)
- Agile processes including Scrum, Kanban, and/or others
Responsibilities
- Lead from the front, demonstrating your experience by hands on delivering features, showcasing engineering and architectural best practices
- Inspire a culture of accountability and end-to-end ownership of the teams’ product/feature/vision
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of IDEXX’s engineering values, principles, practices, standards and behaviors across all squads
- In collaboration with your team and Product and Practice Leads, ensure engineering squads deliver: Fit-for-purpose solutions, Prioritize pragmatic technical improvements (such as repair, debt recovery, and refactoring)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in scaled SaaS environment is hugely desirable
