Requirements
- Extensive professional experience developing web-based, workflow-heavy products
- Excellent coding skills in at least one relevant client programming language (i.e. JavaScript, Typescript)
- Excellent knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Ability to work quickly to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to disciplined and top-quality software development – we write only high-quality code and tests that ship rapidly into production
- A strong academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field with an excellent academic record in Computer Science courses.
Responsibilities
- Delivering new features and products for the Visier People Apps product lines
- Working with product to gather customer and market requirements and design new software features and solutions
- Contribute your expertise to help the team continuously innovate and improve our technical processes and best practices.
- Leading and mentoring junior members of the team to grow their capabilities and confidence
- Implementing scalable and maintainable designs for complex features.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with common web frameworks and technologies (Angular, React, D3, RXJS, Webpack, Gulp, Jest)
