Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology
- 10 years’ experience in designing and implement Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) solutions.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing software applications to meet user needs, including front-end, back-end, and database integration.
- Writing, testing, and debugging code, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and quality standards.
- Maintaining and updating existing software, addressing bugs, improving performance, and integrating new features.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, contributing to project planning, and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Collaborating with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and implement solutions.
- Creating and maintaining clear and concise documentation for software applications, including code comments, diagrams, and user manuals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III
- Information Assurance Workforce (IAWF) Baseline Requirements any of the following: CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP
