Requirements
- 4-7 years of social marketing experience
- Experience leading projects and overseeing the work of others
- Advanced understanding of social platforms and functions, and the ability to share that knowledge with others
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Develop social strategies, social playbooks, activations and campaign ideas
- Conduct and synthesize research, social listening and other data to guide a brand’s strategic decisions
- Partner with creative, strategy, data and media teams to support a brand’s social marketing goals
- Onboard and train junior team members
