Responsibilities
- Assessing, troubleshooting, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on Layer 1 Network Switching Systems
- Conducting Network Switching hardware and software installations
- Performing switch testing, break and relink switch paths to support customer setups
- Investigating and correcting Network switching issues
- Installing/removing new and old equipment and cables
- Attending working group meetings with engineers to discuss new switch equipment needs, cables, and installation layouts
Preferred Qualifications

- Network Switches layer 1,2, and 3
- Computer Networking degree
