Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 4+ years Hands-on experience developing software.
  • Experience working on Service Now Platform required
  • Experience in writing code in Java, JavaScript and OOP
  • Experience in JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns and object-oriented design.
  • Experience with any of the modern UI frameworks like Angular, React or Vue
  • Strong analytical and design skills.
  • Has high coding standards & can maintain them even under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
  • Collaborate daily with a team of like-minded developers, product managers and quality engineers using agile software development methodology.
  • Implement software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite.
  • Work in a Scrum-based Agile development process that is light on documentation and meetings and heavy on coding.
  • Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understand Configure Price Quoting (CPQ) domain (highly desirable)
