Requirements
- Ph.D. with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or BS/MS with more than 6 years of relevant experience
- Extensive experience with flow cytometry analyzers and sorters
- Ability to maintain and calibrate flow cytometry instruments
- Experience sorting antigen-specific B cells
- Background working with antibody discovery platforms
- Experience with flow-based assays (e.g., cell binding)
- Strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Support flow cytometry-related needs of the Antibody Discovery group
- Perform B cell and yeast FACS experiments using BD FACSAria
- Responsible for routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of instruments
- Stay up to date with the latest advances in flow cytometry technology
- Identify efficiency improvements and make innovative contributions to the group.
