Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience using Apex, Process Automation tools, and Lightning Web Components.
  • 5+ years of software development experience using Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Communities with an in-depth understanding of best practices, coding and declarative frameworks.
  • Familiarity with source control and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to manage and deliver full lifecycle Salesforce projects independently.
  • Deep understanding of developing secure solutions that protect sensitive data.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement secure, scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration tools.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs that leverage the Salesforce platform.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals.
  • Provide level-of-effort estimates and feasibility assessments for proposed solutions.
  • Develop Salesforce features across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Console, Experience Cloud).
  • Own the full delivery lifecycle from discovery to deployment with proper documentation.
  • Create and execute unit, integration, and functional test cases to ensure solution quality.
  • Support production deployments and perform root cause analysis on issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, etc.).
  • Experience with Einstein Bots, predictive analytics, or other AI-powered Salesforce tools.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD practices for Salesforce.
  • Experience improving support workflows and automation in customer service environments.
  • Background in high-growth, fast-paced technology companies.
