Requirements

  • Minimum 5- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce platform as a Salesforce developer.
  • Strong coding skills in Apex, JavaScript, SOQL, Salesforce integration, Salesforce/ Zuora CPQ.
  • Proven experience in release management using change sets, CI/CD.
  • Experience owning projects from end-to-end.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting and identifying root cause of system failures.
  • Experience building solutions in sync with third party tools (Zuora CPQ, Sales tools).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, and performance tuning.
  • Experience in Salesforce configuration, including flows, validation rules, and security controls.
  • Experience in writing/maintaining high quality code, participating in code review and contributing to making the system stable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or participate in the design, development of functionalities in Salesforce org.
  • Provide technical insights and recommendations to ensure that Salesforce application is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the organization’s long-term goals.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and system outages.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of application architectures, configurations, and processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, influencing decisions related to integration with other systems, data management, and overall system architecture.
  • Act in alignment with GitLab communication framework.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as Platform Developer 1, PD-2 (Nice to have) or JavaScript Developer 1 are desirable.
  • Public company and SOX ITGC control experience is (Nice to have).
  • Ability to thrive in a fully remote organization.
