Requirements

Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of coordination for partner operations in the AMER region, ensuring alignment with global strategies and objectives.
- Develop and manage sales analytics dashboards and forecasting models to track partner performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify opportunities for partner growth and operational improvements, leveraging tools like Salesforce and Tableau.
- Work closely with partner managers, sales teams, and cross-functional departments to support partner initiatives, streamline processes, and resolve operational challenges.
- Design and implement scalable processes and best practices to enhance partner management, reporting, and collaboration across regions.
- Collaborate with the enablement teams to ensure partners have access to the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on partner performance metrics, operational achievements, and key business insights.
