Requirements
- 5–7+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, or pipeline management
- Proven track record of independently driving results in fast-paced, unstructured environments
- Direct experience managing high-volume sales pipelines and delivering strong commercial outcomes
- Experience as a travel advisor or in travel/hospitality sales is strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of sales strategy, pipeline management, client qualification, and velocity optimization
- Proven ability to independently create and run scalable sales operations
- Familiarity with platforms such as Retool, Omni, Pipedrive, and Hubspot is strongly preferred
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize actions that maximize commercial value and client experience
- Demonstrated ability to deliver and advocate for consistent, high-quality client experiences
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret sales data, operational metrics, and customer behavior
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full Client Leads Program (CLP) sales pipeline
- Drive lead conversion, pipeline velocity, and commercial success
- Analyze pipeline data to identify trends, optimize lead qualification, and implement improvements that increase conversion rates
- Deliver strategic sales coaching to CLP advisors through group trainings and targeted 1:1 sessions
- Advocate for CLP needs within Product and cross-functional teams
- Develop and maintain transparent reporting on CLP performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs, consistent client experience, and operational alignment across client development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a travel advisor or in travel/hospitality sales is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with platforms such as Retool, Omni, Pipedrive, and Hubspot is strongly preferred
