Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales role (SDR, AE, Solutions Engineering) with a track record of high performance
- Proven experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, or a related field, with a track record of improving sales performance
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and tools
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and training delivery skills
- Ability to create compelling content and deliver engaging programs
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and measure success
- Collaborative approach with the ability to build relationships across departments
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and other sales enablement platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to define enablement objectives aligned with business goals
- Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy that supports revenue growth and enhances team performance
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring rapid ramp-up to productivity
- Design and deliver ongoing training programs focused on sales skills, product knowledge, and competitive positioning
- Create and manage sales enablement resources such as playbooks, flows, and live sessions
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure alignment on messaging, content, and campaigns for the sales team
- Oversee the adoption and utilization of sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Learning360 and Highspot
- Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and streamline sales processes through technology and automation
- Partner with Sales Managers to develop coaching frameworks and methodologies
- Provide actionable feedback and support to individual contributors to improve deal outcomes and sales effectiveness
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics (e.g., win rates, deal velocity, pipeline health) to identify areas of improvement
- Use data insights to iterate on enablement strategies and demonstrate the impact of enablement programs
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on GTM initiatives
- Advocate for the needs of the Sales team in internal projects and new product development discussions.
