Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Sales Development Operations, or similar role supporting SDR/BDR teams.
- Proficiency in sales technology tools including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales productivity platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Experience building and maintaining reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other BI tools.
- Technical aptitude to manage and optimize integrations between sales tools.
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations for the SDR and BDR teams, ensuring processes are streamlined and efficient.
- Act as the subject matter expert for key sales development tools including ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales productivity platforms.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Partner with Sales Strategy and GTM teams to support planning, territory management, and resource allocation.
- Implement and optimize workflows and automations to improve SDR/BDR productivity.
- Conduct regular audits of data integrity across systems and ensure compliance with data management best practices.
- Provide training and support to SDR and BDR teams on the effective use of sales tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, IT) to ensure alignment on outreach strategies and technology integration.
- Identify gaps in current processes and tools, proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis for outbound sales initiatives.
