Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of audit, quality assurance or risk management experience
- At least 2 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal business clients
- At least 1 year of experience in process or project management
Responsibilities
- Contributes to the execution of a sustainable policy program to govern and improve the quality of policy documents across the Enterprise
- Supports the execution of policy program projects and initiatives as it relates to the policy management system of record and policy document processing
- Engages in the execution of policy adherence assessments and communicates results with CPO leaders and stakeholders
- Contributes to the development and delivery of process enhancements as it relates to the policy management system of record and policy document processing
- Contributes to the development of clear and concise customer-facing communications (written and presented) and policy related reporting
- Supports audit/exam/litigation requests related to policies, standards and procedures
- Collaborates effectively with stakeholders across organizations such as Operational Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, Technology, Internal Audit, Regulatory Relations, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of audit, quality assurance, risk management, process management, project management or policy management experience
