Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in business/revenue systems, RevOps, or similar technical role, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Strong technical expertise in Python, SQL, APIs, and tools such as Hex, Omni, Fivetran, Zapier, Workato, Hightouch, or custom scripts
  • Hands-on CRM experience, including administration, customization, and workflow automation
  • Experience managing integrations between marketing, sales, and customer success platforms (e.g., Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach, Marketo, Gong, Gainsight)
  • Deep understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and system scalability
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the Revenue Tech Stack – Manage and enhance our CRM (HubSpot), marketing automation, sales engagement, and customer success tools
  • Develop integrations & automation – Leverage Python, SQL, and APIs to build scalable workflows that connect systems, improve data accuracy, and reduce manual work
  • Improve data integrity & reporting – Ensure clean, accurate data flows between platforms, supporting analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence efforts
  • Support strategic initiatives – Partner with RevOps leadership on system enhancements that align with revenue growth strategies, including lead routing, attribution modeling, and territory management
  • Troubleshoot & resolve system issues – Act as the primary point of contact for diagnosing and resolving system-related issues across the Revenue organization
  • Evaluate & implement new technologies – Stay ahead of emerging tools and best practices to enhance our tech stack and drive efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with RevOps analytics, sales planning, and forecasting
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
  • Prior experience implementing usage-based billing, CPQ, or contract management systems
