Requirements
- 4-6 years of formal project management experience with hands-on deliverable ownership and project team leadership; experience collaborating with sales teams, preferred
- PMP Certification, or other relevant certification preferred
- Experience and demonstrated success in planning and tracking project deliverables, timelines and resource management for medium to large-size projects using a variety of project management principles and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong aptitude for emotional intelligence
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills—ability to work on complex problems where analysis of situations requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors
- Highly developed relationship building skills, and the ability to establish credibility and influence within the internal organization as well as outside vendors
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce (or other CRM), SalesLoft (or other sales outreach software)
- Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
- Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objective
- Intermediate level of public speaking experience with audiences ranging from individual contributors, peer stakeholders, and executive leaders
- Proven ability to independently gain buy-in and collaboration from cross-functional stakeholders in support of sales objectives
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that may span multiple lines of the sales go-to-market motion
- Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation and evaluation from initiation to deployment, and beyond, for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
- Effectively collaborate with and marshal cross-functional support required to achieve project objectives
- Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
- Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
- Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
- Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
- Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
- Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
- Leverage Salesforce and Salesloft analytics to monitor project impact and identify areas of opportunity
